Cancellation Requests

Where cancellation is available for a recurring product, customers may request cancellation through the applicable account or subscription controls or by contacting us at chrislawe@gmail.com.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise stated, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds and Billing Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or need help with a billing issue, contact chrislawe@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute where possible.

Please include enough information for us to identify the transaction.

Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable product terms and our Terms of Service.

Screenshots may be included where helpful, but please avoid sending sensitive client or financial information unless specifically requested through an approved secure process.
