Organic Success
A Paved Path to Record-Breaking Success

The book

The method, written down.

A record-breaking sales leader and a master executive trainer sat down to work out what actually builds sustained performance, and whether it could be taught.

Organic Success is the result. It is a practical account of how record-breaking performance is built: recruiting standards that hold, activity discipline that survives a slow month, and the culture work that makes the difference between one strong year and a decade of them.

Chris co-authored the book with Michelle Havelock, a highly accomplished career executive trainer with a distinguished record of her own: two towers, in their own lanes. The book launched in Trinidad, and the pair went on to share the distinction of becoming the Caribbean's first presenters at GAMA Global's Leaders and Managers Program in Las Vegas, delivering PREP, a copyrighted workflow of exercises and tools adapted from the book, to the management cohort, while their booth in the conference resource centre sold out of copies.

Inside

What the book actually covers.

Recruiting as a system

Why standards slip first at the intake stage, and what holding the line does to a team's numbers two years out.

Activity that compounds

The discipline layer separating teams who have a good quarter from teams who have a good decade.

Culture you can defend

Building an identity a team will protect on their own, without the manager in the room.

Bulk and speaking bundles.

Copies for a sales conference, an agency intake or a leadership programme can be ordered in volume, and are frequently combined with a keynote or training session.
